NancyW, I was same way, it was still in box, I'd taken it out, was so intimidated, that I put it back. When I sold it, it still had the threading from when I brought home from store.

So, . . . have you changed your name too, . . . or have you caught the

CK-BabcyW disease? LOL

I haven't sold mine. I fully intend to make use of it. I recently bought

one of those banquet tables, and set up my 2 sergers and whichever

Bernina (200 or 630) I'm not using at the moment. There have been so

many times I would have serged something if I hadn't had to hoist it up

from under a table.

After Christmas, there will be time. 1 1/2 more gift bags to embroider,

and then on to the next project - wish I remembered what that is! :-)

I was the same way, Nancy, before I had my sewing room. Now I serge

whenever the need arrises. I feel so blessed to have this room, however

small - it's complete for me.

Uh oh - wait a minute - would I take a larger sewing room??? OF COURSE !!

LOL,

Cindy

CJ, I tend to suffer from 'out of sight, out of mind' (no remarks on

that last part, please). If I don't see things, I tend to forget to use

them.

Didn't accomplish a thing in my sewing room today - but I am making my

first loaf of no-knead bread - I can smell it and it's making me drool -

at least I hope it's the bread! LOL

BTW, EL is going to put up some photos of my book in their projects

section, and when they do, the designs will be on sale - the sale

doesn't last long, so I will let you all know.

It is neat, I think. I will let everyone know when they are on sale so

the can get them if they want. They usually reduce the prices a lot on

the showcase sale.

Ah, my bread. It turned out all too good - I must have eaten a quarter

of it before I sliced and froze the rest. Incredible crust it has. I

will experiment with substituting whole wheat, adding seeds and/or cheese.
