Is anyone having problems with images saved from v6 to the Bernina memory stick? I save the image to the memory stick as I did with v4, but when the memory stick is read by my machine, the icon is blank where the image should be and I get a message stating "embroidery computer memory has nearly reached its limit". I have lots of memory available in the machine, so know this is not the problem. I can download the image directly to the machine without problem.

Thanks Diane

Are you using the "write to machine" option and then selecting the USB

stick for your machine? If not, try it that way and see what happens.

I doubt that any of Bernina's sewing machines can read and process

ART60 files. Save them in ART50 format for the 200/730 and EXP for the

others. If you've got an 830, you could also save it in DST format.

Don't know whether or not the other machines can read DST. If that's

your only issue, I'd say that things were working as designed.

The 200/730 machines can't read Art 5.0 format, you'll need to save as

Art 4.0, or as I mentioned earlier, use the "write to machine" option

and choose the USB stick, it will make the conversion for you.

Are you still saving your images as version 4 art?? You'll need to

do that

The machines don't read V5, they read V4ART.?

The 200/730 will only be able to read Art 4 designs as the sewing machine was made before Art 50 or Art 60 designs. So it can not recognize those formats. Not sure of the rest of the problem as I don't have my Version 6 software yet
