It seems like the 220 machine sews a more perfect straight stitch than

my 630 and 200e machines. It is amazing. Using the 57 foot allows a

perfect scant 1/4" seem. It never swaggers at all like the 200e

machine often does without the straight stitch plate. I am so glad I

purchased this machine!

Happy stitching!

Glad you like it...I find the stitch quality of my older Activa to be perfect! It is an amazing

little machine. Cheryl--- In 430_440_630_640_730@yahoogroups.com, "Roberta"

Roberta, I am laughing because I have been saying this for months - that my 135PE has a

perfect seam and never (read that absolutely never) needs a walking foot. It came perfectly

adjusted from the factory. I use it mostly in the motor home, but I sometimes use it at home

because it is so easy to piece on it. I do get good results on my 440 by reducing the foot

pressure to 36 and the tension to 3 however I still think the 135 still does the best!
