Hi All,

Will the 630 presser feet fit the 220 machine? Will I be able to use

the knee lifter from the 630 with the 220 machine? Any information

will be much appreciated!

Roberta, the feet all fit including the walking foot. The knee lifter if you don't have it is a

shorter and slightly differently configured one. The machine has to be completely taken apart

to put it on, and I think it cost about $150 or perhaps $180. I originally had purchased this

machine for my daughter who only used it for lignt mending and the 145s was the traveling

machine I bought for myself. Then she discovered she liked sewing and I traded her. It would

have been cheaper to buy the more expensive model than do all the upgrades. You can use

the foot pedal from your 630 if you are used to the heel tap to raise the needle. I upgraded

that also because my 135pe spends most of the time in our motor home.

Yes and I think, yes. (I've got both and have asked about the feet, so yes on that). Not sure on the FHS but I'm pretty sure they're okay. However, you need to ask for the insert for the FHS if you're ordering the 220 as it's optional (i.e., you pay for it and there's no hole there if you haven't asked for it). I hope I'm making myself clear? Marcia
