HI All,

A friend and I are looking at setting up a booth at a show run by a local

community. We received the policy statement today and I need some help

understanding what the city means.

"This is a picture juried show. All applications must include photographs

of the majority of merchandise to be sold. No exceptions!....All

merchandise must be approved regardless of whether you have participated

before.. Approval is based on a series of criteria. Appearance and quality

of merchandise, consumer references, customer service..."

So my question is: I sell probably 100 plus different earring styles. Do I

need to send a photo of each? Or just a representative sample? My partner

makes lots of different types of bracelets and necklaces - same question

here too?

The application is due two months before the actual show. Seems like you

would have to have everything ready to go so early before the show and not

have time to make more designs.

Any wisdom out there????

Thanks,

Angela
