I think it depends. In my experience . . . I bought a Eurotool "Perfect End" thread burner, and it's awful. Actually, the online store I bought it from doesn't even carry them anymore because of all the returns.
I also bought a nylon jaw plier and they, too, were horrible. When the time came to replace the jaws, it was impossible. So I bought another brand and tossed those.
I have several Xuron cutters, made in the USA (different uses, gauges). Not expensive, and they are very good.
I have one good Wubbers flat nose pliers and a bent nose plier from Otto Frei. Anything made in Germany is bound to be good, and not necessarily expensive. If it says "Pakistan" or "China" on the tool . . . it's probably junk. ALTHOUGH, having said that, I believe Wubbers are made by Eurotool for the designer and made in Pakistan, but she has own strict standards.
So bottom line for me - - - stay away from EuroTool. IMHO.
