I still do mosaics and I was asked this question in the glass forum

and Im not sure the best answer..anyone have any suggestions? Im not

sure what kind of jewelry glue she used..she didnt mention..

I have a question about your technique. What do you normally use to

attach the glass tiles to your project item? I have in the past

created porcelain flapper faces for necklaces on a chain, or to wear

as a pin on a jacket. I painted their facial features and used a

jewelry glue and applied beads to hang down as hair. A few short years

later, I found that the glue turned yellow and was visible under the

beads. Any suggestions?

I tried the e6000 and it is clear but I was not impressed with its

holding power. I use the clearest epoxy I can find and then I test it.

the kind I have turns only very slightly yellow but I know my stone

work won't fall apart. it does have a fast set time though so I only

make it up in tiny batches and use it as fast as I can. I have also

heard of using a clear silicone caulking for glue
