Hi Everyone,

I have a client that would like to use the BXP88 for his detection device. Since he uses NCE for his train control I understand he'll need a Loconet device so the BXP88 can report its data back to JMRI. Will a LocoBuffer USB from RR-Circuits provide this interface or will he need to purchase a Zephyr to provide the LocoNet?

Thanks, Dennis DruryDayton, NV

Dennis, The LocoBuffer is used frequently with standalone LocoNets. But I suggest that you talk with RR-CirKits to make sure which version is easy to configure that way. There are some with dip switches to make it simple to configure for standalone use. -Ken Cameron, Member JMRI Dev Teamwww.jmri.orgwww.fingerlakeslivesteamers.orgwww.cnymod.comwww.syracusemodelrr.org
