Howdy,

my latest plan is online at:

---Links-Are-Forbidden--- if its propogated to your local DNS :)

I feel pretty comfortable with this one. I eliminated the fancy round about

staging and really only sacrificed a car length or two. I originally

eliminated my extra figure 8 loop, but put it back because I want a

continuous run to hide for a while before coming around again. I will

probably practice my ballesting and other scenery work on the figure8

branch. This branch can also hold a large southbound grain train that I

want to run during op sessions.

I added a siding to the area I call Tri-County (near 84 lumber, I forgot to

add the label) to store extra cars. This is a key spot for prototype

operations and I felt I needed something to represent it, even if it only

held 4 or 5 cars.

I am pleased with the fact that I now have a glorified circle for a track

plan. Nice and simple, I must be doing something right.

One question: where are the controls located? Is everything in the pit

or are some of the controls (eg. for turnouts) on the front facia? If

so will you be ducking in and out of the pit all of the time? If all

controls are in the pit can you see over the divider enough?

Actually, that's more than one question though they are related

questions.
